Sk Iqubal Hossain, born on April 5, 1963, is a seasoned Indian artist from Kolkata, known for his dedication to painting and sculpture. Although holding a B.A. degree, his artistic journey spans 30 years of practice and guidance with Professor Akhil Chandra Das at the Govt. Art College, Kolkata.

He formally honed his skills with professional courses in Painting (2018) and Sculptor (2019) from the Barasat Academy of Culture. His work has been featured in Solo Exhibitions in Kolkata, including the Academy of Fine Arts (2016), and numerous Group Exhibitions across India (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai).

Internationally, his art has graced exhibitions in Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia (Jeddah). A recipient of several accolades, including awards from AIFACS, Delhi, and the Gaganendra Shilpa Kala Parishad, Kolkata, Sk Iqubal Hossain continues to be an active presence in the national and international art community.
