Born and raised in India, Sriparna’s artistic path was sparked early and encouraged by her family and teachers. Though she earned degrees in science and built a career in marketing, painting has always been her true passion. Her international travels have profoundly shaped her art, inspiring her to capture the
universal human life and emotions that connect us all. Today, she primarily works with acrylics, charcoal, and pencil sketches. Her work has been featured in exhibitions across the globe, including the India Art Fair Mumbai, Academy of Fine Arts Kolkata and numerous shows in Bahrain. She is an active member of Bahrain Art Collective(BAC), recipient of the Ratan-e-Hind Excellence in Arts Award and a National Award for painting apart from other national and international recognitions that she is honoured with. She wishes to continue this journey of painting various aspects of life thats universal and connects us despite the physical boundaries that try to divide us.
